Salon Policies

– All cancellations or rescheduling requires 12 to 24 hours notice. NO SHOW or CANCELLATION less than 12 to 24 hours will be a $35 charge towards your next appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes early on the appointment day, if the appointment is 10 minutes late we will cancel the appointment and the fee will be applied.
– New clients must schedule an appointment
– We require a $35 deposit to hold your spot, the remaining balance will go toward to your services. If you missed your appointment or cancel/reschedule an appointment with less than 12 to 24 hours, your deposit will be applied.

Refunds
-We do not refunds on services, however if you have any concerns with the service you received, please let us know within 2 days – we can fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge.

Allergies
-If you experience an allergic reaction to eyelash extensions please let us know prior to your appointment. A patch test can be administered prior to the appointment.
*refunds are not given for allergic reactions.

Arriving to your appointment:
-Remove all makeup around your eye area including mascara.
This allows for you to start to unwind, relax and visit the restroom, kindly turn your cell phone on silent.

What to avoid 24 hours after your eyelash extensions:
Kindly do not get your eyelashes wet, exposed to heat, sauna or steam for first 24 hours.
